Here are some ways you can retain the volume and length of your hair even after a perm appointment.

As perming your hair really dries up your hair, and dry hair are brittle and break easily. That’s why it is extremely important to pamper them with generous amount of conditioner. You can choose to skip shampoo everyday, but you can always condition your hair without shampooing first.
You can also choose to treat yourself to a deep conditioning hair mask. The easy way to do it is to apply your deep conditioner and leave it on for around 15-20 minutes. This hair mask should be done on on a weekly basis. This will help to replenish the moisture lost from the perm.
SHAMPOO
You should always use a shampoo is that most suitable for your hair type. Consultations with your hair stylists when you’re there for appointments will help you to understand your hair type even more than you already know. Especially after a permanent treatment, you should look for a shampoo that is specifically created to help with that treatment.
OIL THEM FREQUENTLY
As you might already experience, curly hair tend to get frizzy. That is because curly hair is not as good as straight hair when it comes to holding moisture. So, oil will start to be your best friend, helping you with frizzy, dull and brittle hair.
